Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade instantly. If you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my transformation limit?
We won't cut you off. If you consistently exceed your tier, we'll send a friendly heads-up to upgrade. Overages are billed at $0.001 per extra transformation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not happy within the first 30 days, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via Stripe. For annual Scale plans, we can arrange invoicing and bank transfer.
Can I use Image Foundry for commercial projects?
Absolutely — both the SaaS and the self-hosted MIT-licensed version are fully suitable for commercial use.
